We are dedicated to providing training and resources to organizations focused on performance improvement. More than 700 organizations maintain membership and enjoy ongoing consulting and unlimited access to information resouces. Membership is available to companies in Western North Carolina, East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and Upstate South Carolina.
Each year, thousands of individuals attend programs, workshops and seminars covering a wide spectrum of performance and quality-related issues. All WCI training is available to members and non-members throughout the United States.
WCI Member Services include:
