Membership dues are payable annually. Minimum dues are $635 per year. Dues are $11.85 per employee per year for groups up to 400 employees. Maximum dues are $5,240 per year. Members pay $100 per site up to a total of five sites in addition to annual dues. Membership benefits are provided on a 12-month, anniversary-date basis.
