The WCI Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament is a day away from the office where you or a team from your company can enjoy a round of golf and network with other members outside of the typical work environment.  Held at Mimosa Hills Country Club in Morganton, NC, join us for a day of golf, milkshakes and fantastic food.

Through contributions made during the Annual Scholarship Tournament campaign, WCI offers college scholarships to students across a 29-county region. Awards are offered to high school seniors. Applications are available approximately two months before the deadlines from the guidance offices of participating schools or from Maria Juarez of the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina.

Your generous donations help fund to these annual scholarships.

One $2,000 four-year renewable award to students attending four-year institutions.

To qualify for this scholarship, you must be:

  • a graduating senior of a high school in one of the 29 western counties of North Carolina
  • committed to attending college within North Carolina

One $1,000 two-year renewable award to students attending two-year community colleges,
