Who Should Participate: Human Resource assistants and individuals new to Human Resource Management
Schedule: Three 7-hour Sessions
Objective: The Human Resource Management and Administration program is designed to equip HR assistants and individuals new to HR management with tangible skills to develop their careers. By building an understanding of the diverse responsibilities that Human Resource professionals encounter on a daily basis, and sharing extensive resources to answer questions, newcomers to the field leave with an extensive network of resources and peers to manage daily challenges and complicated procedures.
