Membership dues are payable annually. For 2011, the minimum dues are $660 per year. Dues are $12.25 per employee, per year, for groups up to 400 employees. Maximum dues are $5,400 per year. Members pay $100 per site up to a total of five sites in addition to annual dues.
Membership benefits are provided on a 12-month, anniversary-date basis.
