The physical hazards audit is designed as a two hour walk-through snapshot of your facility during normal production hours. Any observation of a violation of OSHA regulations is photographed and imported into a report that details the violation, what regulation it violates, recommend the necessary corrective action, and potential fine that could be assessed. This is a great tool to reinforce to supervisors and employees that safety is an ongoing process and takes continuous effort on everyone’s part.
