Objective: These regulations (effective since January 1, 2001) are designed to produce better information about injuries and illnesses, while simplifying the overall recordkeeping system for employers.

Program Outline: This course will cover the numerous changes to the recordability requirements, as well as provide a basis for introduction to the recordkeeping process.  The course includes a series of decision-making exercises that are used to reinforce the participants understanding of the recordability requirements.
