SDI I – DEVELOPING PEOPLE SKILLS

Who Should Participate: Front line supervisors and/or people with “lead” responsibility

Schedule: Seven (7), half day classes

Objective: Help people transition from a “doer” to a “leader”

Course Content: Material focuses on development of interpersonal skills.  Participants will learn and practice techniques to improve effective communication with subordinates, co-workers and management.

SDI II – Developing Performance Management Skills

Who Should Participate: Front line supervisors and/or people with “lead” responsibility

Schedule: Six (6), half day classes

Objective: Participants learn performance management skills

Course Content: Learn problem solving skills, time management, goal setting, communicating performance expectations and “Laws of the Workplace”

SDI III – Developing Leadership Skills

Who Should Participate: Front line supervisors and/or people with “lead” responsibility

Schedule: Seven (7), half day classes

Objective: Participants learn to lead “teams” and how to set the right leadership example for the development of others.

Course Content: Each participant establishes their own written leadership credo; describing their own personal leadership “philosophy”.  Material covered includes leading teams, valuing diversity, change management and how to build and maintain trust.
