2012 HR Academy Classes Start in February.
Who Should Participate: Human Resource Managers
Schedule: Two-hour programs held in both classroom and on-line formats to better meet your scheduling needs.
Objective: To provide continued development of your HR Management skills.
Because finding time for training can be difficult, this six series program is in short two-hour sessions. The Human Resource Academy Program is designed to help participants keep current with the ever changing HR role.
This program provides an opportunity for new professionals to learn best practices, seasoned professionals to keep up-to-date, and those with PHR/SPHR to earn credits toward re-certification.

- Employment Law for Non-HR Management (Train-the-Trainer)
- Harassment Prevention
- Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace – How to Detect and What to Do.
- Protecting Your Organization from Claims of Discrimination / Retaliation
The complete HR Academy is approved for 10 re-certification credits.
Each class is approved for 1.75 recertification credits.
