WCI, Inc. is an employer association, serving hundreds of member companies throughout the 29 counties of Western North Carolina, as well as the Upstate of South Carolina and Southwest Virginia. This territory includes, but is not limited to, the cities of Asheville, Boone, Gastonia, Greenville, Hendersonville, Hickory, Morganton, Roanoke, Shelby, Spartanburg, Statesville, and more.
