Management Toolbox – Schedule

Recent scandals, involving employees coming forward with allegations of past harassment, raise concerns for Human Resource professionals and managers. WCI guidance is to ensure that your policy is in compliance with the EEOC. The employer's responsibility regarding harassment, whether race, color, sex, religion, or national origin, is to: 
·         Train managers and employees
·         Provide two avenues for employee reporting
·         Take all complaints seriously
·         Investigate
·         Prevent further harassment or retaliation
