Current events have created stress and chaos that impact your workplace. Employers are faced with the challenge of providing preventive measures for employees and customers, like wearing face coverings and gloves and keeping people 6 feet apart, in the face of emotional opposition to those measures. Even if no physical injury takes place, threats, abuse, hostility, harassment, and other forms of verbal violence can cause significant psychological trauma and stress—and potentially escalate to physical violence. This seminar features attorney Bernard Tisdale, who will provide guidance on how to respond to these situations to prevent escalation and violence.
