HR Recertification Options
WCI provides HRCI and SHRM members multiple ways to earn recertification credits. See options below.
Attend WCI Events
All of our HR classes, seminars, and conferences are pre-approved for HRCI and SHRM credits. The amount of credit depends on the content time. Recertification codes are provided to each actual participant.
Enroll in Online Recertification (Video)
You can earn recertification credits for HRCI and SHRM by completing online video training bundles. Each "bundle" contains short training videos that total about one hour. You will need to watch each video within a bundle and answer the embedded questions. Your progress will be monitored by WCI and you will be sent a certificate upon successful completion of each bundle, with the certification codes needed for HRCI or SHRM credit through self-reporting. Pre-enrollment is required.

Work for a WCI Member Company
All aPHR, PHR, and SPHR certified professionals who are employed by a company that is a member of WCI are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of recertification credit, just for this relationship.
