In this two-hour live webinar, environmental attorney Ethan Ware and associates will provide new or recently new EHS managers with the skills they need to comply with Hazardous Waste Regulations in an ever-evolving regulatory climate. This virtual course covers how to determine those substances subject to Hazardous Waste Regulations, the complex exemptions, and how to comply with treatment, storage, and disposal requirements. Accumulation of Hazardous Wastes in containers or totes requires attention to detail at various quantity levels in North and South Carolina, in order to mitigate risks of enforcement.
